The Mitchelson Family are one of the great families of Highland Dance. They have produced multiple world champions (Wilma, Gareth and Derick) from the family itself and have been instrumental in the mentorship and training of many others.
They are a family that have been dedicated to the advancement and promotion of Highland Dancing both in Scotland and throughout the world. Recently this family has been beset with a tragedy involving Gareths young son Logan.
