| Welcome to the official site of the Mid-Michigan Highland Dance Academy.
The MMHDA is located on Superior Street in Alma, Michigan. Alma, is also known as Scotland USA, and is famous for being the home of the Alma Highland Festival and Alma College.
Though Alma is a small town, it is well known throughout the midwest as being a major source of champion dancers in the region.
This site is part diary, part photo album, part notice board and as such, introduces the MMHDA and the exacting and demanding sport of Highland Dancing to the world!

Many of the competitors in this 1981 competition are now judges.
